- Process guest payments and obtain payment authorization as needed
- Accept and log cash tips for employees
- Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting
- Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

Position Summary
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
- Call guests to confirm scheduled services and answer questions about available services.
- Update reservations/cancellations list, inform providers of changes, and resolve scheduling issues.
Responsibilities
- Check in guests for appointments, confirm names, and provide spa orientation.
- Promote and sell spa/salon services.
- Obtain assigned bank, ensure accuracy of monies, and keep bank secure.
- Process guest payments and obtain payment authorization.
- Accept and log cash tips for employees.
- Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting.
- Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
