Position Summary

Restaurant reservations agent role in the Food and Beverage and Culinary category at a Ritz-Carlton property in Abu Dhabi.

The position supports guest service, hotel operations, communication, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and service standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum guest service.
  • Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
  • Exchange information with employees using electronic devices, email, pagers, and two-way radios.
  • Engage guests regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions.
  • Follow safety and security policies, report unsafe conditions, and complete required training.
  • Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly, review written documents accurately, answer telephones appropriately, and support team goals.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is specified.

Work Conditions

  • The role is based at the Al Maqta Area property in Abu Dhabi and is not remote.
  • The position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire work shift.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
