Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work areas throughout the day and follow clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Use computers, point-of-sale systems, pagers, two-way radios, email, and other electronic devices to exchange information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, communicate professionally, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and keep proprietary information confidential.
• Follow safety and security policies, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
