Position Summary

Support guest service and hotel operations by assisting departments and engaging guests regarding their stay, property services, and local attractions.

Use computers, point-of-sale systems, telephones, and electronic communication devices to exchange and manage work-related information.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide professional service.
Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and build positive working relationships.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
No supervisory experience is required.
Clear professional communication and accurate written document handling are expected.
