Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service.
• Maintain clean work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
• Exchange information with employees through electronic devices, radios, pagers, and email.
• Engage guests about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Follow safety, security, confidentiality, appearance, and asset-protection policies.
• Build positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns.
• Move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
