About the Role
Helios Properties LLC seeks a Real Estate–Experienced Agent Relations Manager in Dubai to strengthen and expand its agency network. The role involves developing relationships with real estate agents and agencies, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with real estate agents and agencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned broker partners
- Conduct regular partner engagement meetings and performance reviews
- Support agencies with project updates, inventory allocation, and coordination
- Ensure high service standards and seamless communication
- Identify opportunities to increase sales volume within partner network
- Assist in onboarding new agencies and activating sales pipelines
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and developer teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE real estate
- Strong existing network of brokers and agency managers
- Previous experience in developer sales team, brokerage relationship management, channel sales/agency management, or master agency/project sales environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- English; Arabic or other additional European languages is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of off plan sales processes and broker engagement

- The Agent Relations Manager will serve as the strategic bridge between our Master Agency and our partner real estate agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with real estate agents and agencies

Ideal Candidate Profile (Real Estate Focus)
