- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
- Follow up with guests to ensure requests or problems are resolved satisfactorily
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly
- Attend to special requests from guests with exceptional needs
- Communicate VIP arrivals to designated staff for escort and amenities
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 lbs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
