Position Summary

  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions and activities.
  • Handle guest calls, requests, and issues by contacting appropriate personnel or departments (bellperson, front desk, housekeeping, engineering, security/loss prevention).
  • Follow up to ensure guest requests and problems are resolved satisfactorily.
