Responsibilities
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer guest calls.
- Process wake up call requests, call screening, and other call related requests.
- Advise guests of messages received in their absence and forward as needed.
- Record and respond to all guest calls, questions, or requests and resolve issues.
- Enter all guest requests or issues into computer systems, contact appropriate personnel, and follow up.
- Inform guests about room features, hotel services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with Internet access.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and respond to service needs.
- Use clear and courteous language; answer phones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop positive working relationships with peers; support team to reach common goals.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None.
