Agent Apprentice – Farmers Insurance | Burbank & Calabasas, CA
Are you seeking a fulfilling career path with a nationally recognized insurance provider? Farmers Insurance Agencies are looking for a driven and bilingual (Spanish/English) Agent Apprentice to join our growing team. As an onsite Agent Apprentice, you'll benefit from a steady flow of agency-provided leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships and advancing your career in insurance.

Role Responsibilities
- As an Agent Apprentice, you will:
- Provide top-tier service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients
- Use agency-supplied leads to generate new business and expand your network
- Advise clients on insurance needs and recommend custom solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a full suite of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews
- Stay current on insurance products, compliance regulations, and evolving industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
- We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are fluent in both Spanish and English
- Have sales or insurance experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Possess or are willing to obtain required insurance licenses
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities
