Full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru focused on expanding and managing the agency distribution network.
The role sources, recruits, and onboards insurance advisors and agency partners.
The manager guides the agency team toward sales, business development, policy sales, and portfolio growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular training and coaching sessions.
- Implement local sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support high-quality service delivery and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct field visits, market development activities, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or agency management is required.
- Financial services or insurance experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in relationship management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination is required.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data, set targets, and implement growth strategies is required.
- Knowledge of life insurance products, basic financial planning, and insurance compliance is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Postgraduate qualifications or relevant insurance certifications are advantageous.
- Effective communication, negotiation, mentoring, ethical conduct, and customer focus are required.
