Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and brings a working knowledge of the insurance industry — with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering strong producer experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including client-facing roles, producer management, or advisory positions.
• Working knowledge of insurance products, distribution management, and agency operations across commercial, personal, or accident & health/travel lines.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Openness to adopting internal AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance communication and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to work independently in areas without defined workflows, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• The pay range for the role is $75,000-$85,00. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
