Afterhours Driver Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle After Hours Hours Driver Problems: Act as the primary contact for drivers with issues during night shifts, providing empathetic and efficient solutions.
• Tag Dispatchers and Drivers: Work within the company communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information flow between dispatchers and drivers.
• Assist with Load, Receiver, and Shipper Issues: Guide drivers through problems related to loads, receivers, or shippers, maintaining schedule adherence.
• Navigate TMS: Use the company’s system to find load numbers, contact brokers for directions, and assist drivers in reaching their destinations efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer software tools and understanding basic logistics software solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address potential partner concerns effectively.
