After School Program Tutors

Provides academic assistance in one-on-one or group settings in the core content subject areas.

Maintain accurate records of all students receiving tutorial services.

Work collaborative with building administration, teachers, parents/guardians and students.

Utilizes effective classroom management techniques.

Establish an effective rapport with students assigned.

Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students’ varying needs.

Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.

Manage student behavior.

Performs other duties as assigned.
