Role Description

  • The Affiliate Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Responsible for managing and expanding TokForge’s affiliate portfolio, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners across key markets.
  • Monitor partner performance, optimize campaigns, negotiate promotions and commission structures, and ensure affiliates have resources needed to succeed.
  • Day to day responsibilities include managing communication with affiliates, analyzing traffic and conversion data, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends, compliance standards, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Affiliate Management and Account Management skills, including experience building, maintaining, and growing long term partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Online Marketing, with a track record of driving revenue and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data driven recommendations clearly.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, web analytics tools, and performance dashboards (e.g., GA, Partnerize, Impact, or similar) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with confidence working in spreadsheets and interpreting KPIs such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, fintech, e commerce, or digital performance marketing in the MENA region or other international markets is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to key affiliate markets are an advantage.
