Affiliate Growth Manager

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with affiliates while remaining accountable for sales results.
• Learn each affiliate’s story, audience, goals, challenges, communication preferences, and reason for becoming an affiliate.
• Identify what motivates each affiliate, including income, impact, product alignment, recognition, community, or personal mission.
• Match affiliates with Truly Free’s strongest-converting offers based on their audience and goals.
• Sell offers using value positioning, urgency, scarcity, incentives, social proof, and clear earnings opportunities.
• Secure specific promotional commitments, including the offer, marketing channel, content format, and launch date.
• Conduct one-to-one calls that move affiliates from interest to action.
• Lead recurring Zoom calls covering product education, promotional strategy, sales messaging, content hooks, tracking links, collections, and affiliate earning opportunities.
• Re-engage inactive affiliates and create growth plans for high-potential partners.
• Follow up persistently through phone, SMS, email, and Zoom until a clear outcome is reached.
• Review performance with affiliates and help them improve future promotions.
• Maintain rolling 30-, 60-, and 90-day GMV forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, lifecycle, paid media, and brand teams to provide affiliates with high-converting offers and assets.

You will manage a discretionary monthly budget of up to $10,000 to recruit, activate, and grow high-potential and top-tier affiliates.

You will be responsible for:

• Investing the budget strategically across recruitment, product seeding, activation incentives, promotional tests, and approved relationship-building opportunities.
• Evaluating opportunities based on audience alignment, sales potential, expected deliverables, and projected GMV.
• Negotiating clear deliverables and favorable terms.
• Tracking the GMV and ROI generated by each investment.
• Scaling investments that produce results and discontinuing those that do not.
• Reporting monthly on how the budget was used and what it generated.

The full budget does not need to be spent each month.

Success is measured by the return produced—not by the amount spent.

Within your first 60 days, you will:

• Consistently complete 60 outbound calls per business day.
• Maintain fast outreach to new affiliate sign-ups.
• Build a consistent calendar of one-to-one and group affiliate calls.
• Establish trusted relationships with priority affiliates.
• Activate new and inactive partners.
• Secure and track specific promotional commitments.
• Build a reliable pipeline of upcoming promotions.
• Generate $250,000+ in gross monthly affiliate-attributed GMV .
• Demonstrate measurable ROI from the affiliate recruitment budget.

Completing calls and other activities is the baseline.

Success is ultimately measured by affiliate activation, promotions launched, orders generated, gross GMV, and return on investment.

• 5+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Demonstrated history of generating significant sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience working within a base-salary-plus-commission compensation structure.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, including urgency, scarcity, value positioning, objection handling, follow-up, persistence, and closing.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships while remaining accountable to revenue goals.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Experience conducting high-volume outbound calling and managing a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable completing at least 60 outbound calls per business day.
• Experience booking and conducting one-to-one sales, onboarding, or account-growth calls.
• Confidence leading educational Zoom presentations and group sales calls.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand what motivates different people.
• Experience using a CRM to manage calls, appointments, follow-ups, forecasts, and results.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, persistent, and highly accountable.

• Experience in affiliate sales, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, media sales, or account growth.
• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, subscription, wellness, household, or consumer products.
• Experience managing and growing a revenue-producing portfolio.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, creator tools, CRM systems, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing a recruitment, incentive, or partnership budget.
