About the Role
KBR is seeking a Site Manager to oversee Transient Aircraft Services operations at a location in the Southwest Asia AOR. The role involves managing flight line operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading personnel in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention, and tool control procedures.
- Provide daily oversight of TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn around, and departure activities.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned flight line personnel to deliver safe and efficient aircraft servicing operations.
- Coordinate daily tasking, assign work, monitor execution, and resolve operational challenges.
- Schedule personnel to maintain 24/7/365 service levels, including surge and contingency operations.
- Inspect and audit work to verify compliance with PWS, Technical Orders, and airfield procedures; implement corrective actions.
- Maintain coordination with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, Airfield Management, MOC).
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and records management.
- Manage on site equipment, vehicles, and operational resources.
- Produce required operational deliverables and reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi site or regional flight line operations
- Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations
- Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures, airfield operations and safety requirements, and Technical Orders and maintenance documentation processes

Job Summary
- The Site Manager is responsible for day to day management, coordination, and performance of all TAS operations at an assigned location within the Southwest Asia AOR.
- Reports to the Lead Site Manager.
- Ensures aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with PWS, contractual requirements, Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/USAF directives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention programs, and tool control procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements.
- Provide daily oversight of TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn around, and departure activities.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned flight line personnel.
- Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, safety, and customer focused service delivery.
- Coordinate daily tasking and priorities; assign work, monitor execution, and resolve operational challenges.
- Schedule personnel to maintain 24/7/365 service levels.
- Inspect and audit work to verify compliance; implement corrective actions.
- Oversee execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations.
- Monitor performance trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain coordination with Government stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and records management.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Ability to maintain operational continuity across rotations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi site or regional flight line operations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations.
- Proven leadership experience supervising teams in high tempo environments.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures, airfield operations and safety requirements, and Technical Orders and maintenance documentation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing TAS operations at locations such as Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Udeid Air Base, Al Dhafra Air Base, Ali Al Salem Air Base, or Muwaffaq Salti Air Base.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force TAS operations.
