About the Role
ECE Group Intl seeks an ambitious Aesthetic Sales Representative for a field-based role in Dubai. You will introduce premium UK filler and aesthetic products to clinics and medical professionals, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new aesthetic clinics and medical centers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Develop strong relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and purchasing managers
- Generate new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships
- Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company professionally within the aesthetic medical community
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Professional and confident presentation
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- Self motivated and capable of working independently

Position Overview
- This is primarily a field sales role focused on developing relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and healthcare professionals throughout Dubai and the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing the brand's products, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Persian are highly advantageous)
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Professional and confident presentation
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, medical devices, pharmaceuticals is important.
- Self motivated and capable of working independently
