AEM Lead Engineer

Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean design, code quality and the ability to work effectively with changing priorities and requirements.

Experience in content management or content platform engineering; Adobe Experience Manager experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, setting technical direction and taking ownership of platform reliability.

Ability to work through ambiguity and competing priorities, with a proactive approach to identifying and driving solutions.

Confidence working collaboratively with Product and other stakeholders, including discussing and resolving technical differences.
