Advisory Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales), Security Operations – Sydney or Melbourne

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Create solutions using Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Response.
• Respond to customer questions and provide strategies to improve security operations.
• Develop sales campaigns and maintain a showcase of Security Operations solutions.
• Configure solution environments for customer requirements and business issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development to enhance products.
• Support user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars.

Expanded Security Platform

• Demonstrate Armis asset intelligence and device visibility in ServiceNow SecOps workflows.
• Position Veza access graph and identity governance alongside ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps.
• Deliver integrated Armis, Veza, and ServiceNow SecOps demonstrations for enterprise customers across APJ.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Work experience or strong understanding of SOC, NOC, or CSIRC environments.
• Strong understanding of networking and security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
• Knowledge of attack vectors including DDoS, malware, phishing, brute force, APT, and buffer overflow.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST 800-61, ISO 27035, or SANS.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks such as STIX/TAXII and OpenIOC.
• Ability to consult and communicate solutions to business challenges.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with self-directed and independent working ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Information Security experience in a global or national commercial enterprise is preferred.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar are preferred.
• Exposure to Armis or similar OT/IoT/IT asset visibility platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to Veza or identity governance and administration platforms is preferred.
• Experience selling or demonstrating security solutions in regulated APJ sectors is preferred.
• GICSP or CIAM certification is advantageous.
