Advisor, Pre-Sale Technical Consulting

Strong understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and system-integration concepts.

Ability to design and document technical integration solutions based on client requirements.

Understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) considerations relevant to solution design and implementation.

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations and explain product functionality to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Ability to validate product configurations, integration designs, and documented limitations.

Experience working for a technology, identity, fraud, or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provider.

Experience in financial services or a related industry.

Experience supporting technology implementations or customer-success activities.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond direct project participation.

Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.
