The Role of a Board of Advisor
As a BOA member, you won’t be confined by rigid structures or endless meetings.
Instead, your involvement is tailored to your expertise and availability, ensuring your contributions have maximum impact.
Strategic Problem-Solving
- BOA members are engaged based on a dynamic matrix that matches talent and availability with specific challenges or opportunities.
- Your input could shape solutions to strategic, operational, or creative challenges that redefine the way Corkbrick operates or expands.
Collaborative And Meritocratic Engagement
- We focus on results, not time spent. Your contributions, whether brief or in-depth, are valued based on their impact.
- You’ll become part of a diverse network of professionals, including industry leaders and current or former executives from companies like LEGO, Nike, Google, and others, all contributing to a culture of shared expertise.
- Freedom and Flexibility
- Challenges are addressed efficiently, often involving only 1–3 advisors at a time, with no more than 7 for larger projects.
- Your involvement is project-based, giving you the freedom to contribute as much or as little as your schedule allows.

Responsibilities
- Market Insights: Aiding the company in staying competitive;
- Business Development: Identify partnership and expansion opportunities;
- Networking: Facilitate connections with potential clients, partners, and investors; Innovation: Fresh ideas and creative approaches
Qualifications
- Investment Willingness: Willing to invest financially, time, resources, and expertise to help drive the success of CORKBRICK EUROPE. A stakeholder mentality and willingness to share in the rewards of our collective efforts.
- Extensive Marketing Experience: Expertise in brand positioning, digital marketing, lead generation, and partnership development.
- Innovation Mindset: Ability to think outside the box, identify emerging trends, and drive innovative marketing strategies. Experience with disruptive technologies or solutions is a plus.
- Strong Network: Well-connected within the industry and capable of leveraging relationships to drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
- Alignment with Values: Shares our commitment to sustainability, environmental consciousness, and social impact. Understands the importance of circular economy principles and embraces our mission to revolutionise the construction industry.
- Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to think long-term, envision the future, and contribute strategic insights to the company's growth and development.
