Advisor, Continuous Improvement

Collaboration and communication

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the AGCO.
• Facilitate consultations and workshops to analyze current states, identify pain points, validate findings, and build consensus.
• Prepare and deliver organized presentations and materials, including sensitive or difficult information.

Capability building

• Promote Lean and continuous improvement practices through training, tools, resources, capability-building activities, and project support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement initiatives and embed Lean principles in delivery.

Qualifications

• Lean Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification with demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods.
• Education in Business Analysis, Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of process improvement and analysis experience, including process mapping, workflow analysis, re-engineering, and BPMN.
• Knowledge of business analysis practices and BABOK methodologies.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communication, organization, and delivery skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to complete a criminal background check.
