Advertising Operations Coordinator - Temp

We’re looking for an Advertising Operations Coordinator temporarily to join Viant’s Operations team in our Irvine headquarters.

In this role, you’ll support the successful execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Viant’s AI-powered omnichannel platform.

Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Programmatic Strategy, and Technical Operations teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns launch accurately, deliver efficiently, and exceed client expectations.

• Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch activities across Viant’s advertising platform.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure client objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolutions with internal technical and operational teams.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign configurations, creative assets, and targeting parameters are accurate.
• Assist with campaign optimizations by analyzing performance data and implementing recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Strategy teams to support client deliverables and execution timelines.
• Generate campaign reports, performance insights, and operational updates for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign requirements, workflows, and operational processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality across the Operations organization.
• Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
