Position Summary

  • Our English Group, LLC is seeking an Advertising Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of our paid advertising efforts across digital platforms.
  • This role is responsible for creating high performing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive student acquisition, support product launches, and accelerate business growth.
  • The Advertising Manager will oversee the complete advertising lifecycle from campaign planning to performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage advertising strategy across digital platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that support product launches, enrollments, brand awareness, partnerships, and lead generation.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Build audience targeting strategies, customer segmentation, retargeting campaigns, and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, videos, copy, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, placements, creatives, and messaging.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights, recommendations, and strategic improvements.
  • Stay current with advertising trends, platform updates, AI advertising tools, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation, advertising processes, campaign structures, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • 7 10 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns for a brand, agency, startup, or mission driven organization.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling multi platform advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or similar advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance through data driven optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience using advertising analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A proactive, results driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in education, SaaS, technology, AI, or consumer digital products is considered an advantage.

Location & Work Type

  • This is an office based role. The successful candidate is required to work from our office in Dubai.
