Responsibilities
- Lead day to day client communication, ensuring all projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget
- Manage an integrated portfolio of projects including ATL, BTL, and digital, maintaining oversight from briefing through to execution
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and proactively solving challenges
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
- Drive internal momentum and accountability, coordinating timelines, meetings, and progress updates
- Prepare and present proposals, timelines, and reports with a keen eye for detail and professionalism
- Build and sustain strong, long term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent performance
- Contribute to new business development by identifying opportunities and participating in pitches
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a branding or advertising agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with agility and composure
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and cross channel campaign management
- Experience managing B2C and B2B clients; real estate and/or luxury sector experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation in both English and Arabic
- Skilled at managing both creative talent and client expectations with diplomacy and leadership

The Role
- Seven Brands is seeking a sharp, strategic, and solutions driven Account Manager to join our Middle East account management team, the role is based in Dubai.
- As the primary liaison between clients and the creative engine of the agency, you’ll play a critical role in translating business objectives into impactful, insight led campaigns.
