Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless/RF engineering
Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF design principles
Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools
Experience with wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
WE VALUE
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with wireless standards and technologies
Knowledge of wireless regulatory requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-$108,000 in Cambridge, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
