- Use Redis for distributed caching
- Work with Docker and Linux basics
- Develop secure APIs with JWT/OAuth2 and encryption

- Minimum bachelor’s in computer science or information technology
- 8 10 years of professional software development experience
- FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience
- Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor
- Experience in database design/review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting

Role and Responsibilities
- Strong C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), Web API
- Hands on microservices development using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
- Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting).
- Experience with EF Core, clean/layered architecture, and design patterns.
- Practical experience with RabbitMQ/MassTransit or similar message based integration.
