QUALIFICATIONS

• Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent and up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Or Associate degree preferred with Up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Or 4-year science degree with no experience
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Manufacturing processes and laboratory operations.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO quality requirements.
• Safety procedures, chemical handling practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Quality control processes and documentation standards.
• Automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing-related software systems.
• ERP system navigation and transaction execution.
• Training and mentoring team members.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
