Educational Background Required
Completed degree (Bachelor) in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination or education and experience

Essential Functions Required for Job
Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor Engineering Team Members, hold them accountable for performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Process Creation : Determine processes required to manufacture customer part based on prints and information supplied by R&D including pricing related information (Cycle time, # of operators, Tact time, etc.) Leverage internal/external resources to determine equipment or raw material/component pricing when needed Interpret capacity data and monitor to ensure sustained growth and prevent over capacitation of equipment Create Requirements for new equipment and processes Ensure newly acquired equipment is up to local Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations.

Process Industrialization : Lead teams to industrialize new parts & projects.
Process Optimization : Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, work methods, and layouts to enhance efficiency and quality.
Process Standardization : Generate and implement standardized processes and use them to accomplish tasks
Process Documentation : Create/modify pFMEA’s and Process Flows for new and existing business and ensure continuity with work/set-up instructions.
Operational Oversight : Ensure machinery, equipment, and utilities function properly and meet operational requirements.
Project Management : Lead or coordinate engineering projects, including equipment selection and procurement, scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with other departments (sales, operations, finance) to align engineering solutions with business needs
Assist sales teams with technical scope generation and client visits
Perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure efficient use of resources
Coordinate work measurement and process redesign for new customer projects
Other duties as assigned.
