Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II, here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Engineering Director, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location onsite.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing processes by optimizing production workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our operations.

Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

• Lead and oversee advanced machining processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
