Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime and operational impact.
Implement, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions in accordance with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Develop technical documentation and deliver training to customers, end users, and field technicians.
Perform on-site and remote installation, commissioning, and system integration activities.
Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle support of complex equipment and integrated systems.
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to customers and key stakeholders.
Analyze service trends, perform root cause investigations, and develop analytical reports to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years of technical installation, integration, and field service experience supporting electronic security, access control, alarm monitoring, or related systems.
7+ years of customer service experience providing technical support, issue resolution, and client relationship management while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
7+ years of experience preparing technical documentation, service reports, and customer communications with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance or currently possess an active clearance.
Proven ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation approximately every five weeks, responding to critical system issues within established service level requirements.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75%

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $88,500-$110,750.
