Daily Operations And Technical Support
- Plan and schedule day-to-day field service activities.
- Assign engineers to daily service jobs based on customer requirements and technical expertise.
- Provide timely technical guidance and operational support to field engineers.
- Visit customers periodically to strengthen relationships and understand service requirements.
- Lead the on-site diagnosis and resolution of major or critical customer issues.
Project Execution
- Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Take direct ownership of critical projects and drive timely completion.
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, documentation, and successful handover to the customer.
Technical Analysis And Customer Reporting
- Conduct detailed technical analysis of site issues and prepare clear, accurate investigation reports.
- Review findings with management and incorporate inputs before finalizing reports.
- Present root cause analysis reports to customers and drive corrective actions through to closure.
Safety And Performance Management
- Ensure consistent use of personal protective equipment and compliance with all safety requirements.
- Promote a zero-incident and zero-accident culture through regular safety talks and follow-ups.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, follow up on performance, and initiate improvement actions where required.
