Adult Day Program Assistant

Ebenezer is looking for an Adult Day Program Assistant to join our team in Burnsville, MN This role is responsible to encourage socialization and assists in planning and implementation of active programming needs of individual senior day center participants and child care groups.

Responsible for ongoing charting, case management, and assisting with personal care duties.

• Ability to provide direct care for the Adult Day Program participants. Responsible for preparation, implementation and cleanup of daily programs i.e. crafts, woodworking, games, music, etc. Perform routine personal care and grooming at the center (including baths). Responsible for assisting identified participants with all toileting needs. Communicate with staff the participants needs and individual plan of care. Report any problems, progress, and observations to the Director.
