Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms
- Set up, monitor, and manage advertising accounts and campaign structures
- Develop and test audience targeting and retargeting strategies
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are achieved
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and audiences
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
- Provide recommendations to improve conversion rates, ROI, and campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to align strategies
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices
- Stay up to date with platform updates and emerging trends
Requirements
- Arabic language skills are mandatory
- Strong experience managing end to end digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, optimization, and performance reporting
- Experience interpreting KPIs and making data driven decisions
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of social media marketing and integrating paid campaigns with organic content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience with influencer marketing or creator focused campaigns is an advantage
