Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Nurturing : Build trusted, long-term relationships with established enterprise accounts, proactively anticipating customer needs and solving critical pain points to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Enablement & Education : Deliver engaging online education sessions and interactive workshops to showcase the value of our solutions and maximize active product usage across client teams.
- Data-Driven Insights & Growth : Leverage usage analytics to inform strategic account decisions, identify risk factors early, and uncover expansion or cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
