Adobe - Support Engineer

Role

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Stock, Adobe Teams Portal, Getty Images, Iconik, and Frame.io.
• Monitor application availability and resolve user issues.
• Manage user access, licensing, and account administration.
• Handle incident, service request, and problem management activities.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer and transition activities from vendors and customer teams.
• Create support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with Adobe support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Support production releases, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
• Meet SLA and customer support requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud administration and licensing.
• Understanding of Adobe Stock asset management.
• Knowledge of digital asset management platforms such as Iconik and Frame.io.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Experience in Application Maintenance and Support engagements.
