Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both traditional and AI enhanced design workflows.
- Experience creating instructional materials such as video tutorials, written guides, and interactive learning content for digital design tools.
- Proven ability to deliver virtual training sessions effectively, with strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with AI powered design tools and their application in real world workflows, including generative AI features in Adobe applications.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies, with the ability to learn and integrate new tools and platforms quickly.
- Experience with learner assessment methodologies and the ability to provide actionable, growth oriented feedback.
