- Review, critique, and evaluate motion graphics workflows and project files for optimal quality.
- Provide clear, detailed written and verbal explanations of creative and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams to deliver feedback and refine creative outputs.
- Break down complex animation and visual effects processes into comprehensive documentation or tutorials.
- Assess real world use cases and contribute to building datasets that reflect current motion design industry standards.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all project deliverables through strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Mid level expertise in Adobe After Effects with a robust portfolio of professional motion graphics or visual effects work.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in animation, compositing, and rendering workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
