Role Description

  • The Admissions Officer is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing program information, and advising on suitable courses and certifications.
  • The Admissions Officer reviews applications, verifies documentation, and supports both local and international admissions in alignment with institutional policies.
  • Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in the admissions system, coordinating with academic and training teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for admitted learners.
  • The role also involves delivering high quality customer service, participating in outreach activities, and supporting initiatives to increase enrollment and strengthen EduHub Institute’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with prospective learners and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess International Admissions and Education related experience to manage diverse applicant profiles and training pathways.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, learner focused support throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, applications, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services within an educational or training institution is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems and MS Office tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and familiarity with UAE education and training landscape are desirable.
