- Respond to inquiries from prospective learners and provide accurate information about programs and admission requirements
- Guide applicants through the end to end admissions process, including reviewing applications, verifying documents, and coordinating interviews or assessments
- Ensure timely communication of admission decisions
- Engage with walk in visitors, answer phone and online queries, and deliver presentations at events
- Support marketing and outreach activities to increase enrollment
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly admitted learners
- Maintain accurate records in admissions systems
Requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Experience or familiarity with International Admissions processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background or understanding in Education, vocational training, or higher education environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and student information or CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines
- Ability to work with diverse populations and uphold inclusive, non discriminatory admissions practices

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Admissions Officer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Admissions Officer will respond to inquiries from prospective learners, provide accurate information about programs and admission requirements, and guide applicants through the end to end admissions process.
- Responsibilities include reviewing applications, verifying documents, coordinating interviews or assessments where required, and ensuring timely communication of admission decisions.
- The role also involves engaging with walk in visitors, answering phone and online queries, delivering presentations at events, and supporting marketing and outreach activities to increase enrollment.

Qualifications
