About the Role
Reigate Grammar School UAE is seeking a Founding Admissions Manager to build the admissions function from day one. This commercial, parent-facing role owns the full journey from enquiry to enrolment, managing leads, tours, applications, and conversion reporting.

Responsibilities
- Own the admissions pipeline from enquiry to enrolment
- Convert leads into tours, applications, registrations, paid enrolments
- Run parent calls, WhatsApp follow ups, emails, tours, open days, information sessions
- Use CRM tools to track source, stage, next step, outcome, conversion rate
- Work with marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, objection handling, conversion flow
- Use AI, automation, templates, dashboards to make the sales process faster
- Share weekly pipeline reports, parent insights, competitor feedback
Requirements
- Strong sales instinct and hunger for targets
- Experience in school admissions, education sales, real estate, hospitality, premium customer sales, or high value relationship sales
- CRM discipline and clean pipeline habits
- Comfort with AI tools, automation, WhatsApp, dashboards, digital workflows
- Professional presence suitable for a premium British school
- Strong English; Arabic or UAE community languages are a plus

About the Role
- Reigate Grammar Schools UAE is launching RGS Sharjah in Masaar, Sharjah.
- We are looking for a Founding Admissions Manager to build the admissions function from day 1.
- This is a commercial, parent facing role for someone who can own the full journey from enquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the admissions pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
- Convert leads into tours, applications, registrations, paid enrolments.
- Run parent calls, WhatsApp follow ups, emails, tours, open days, information sessions.
