Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on student fee payments and outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of admissions and fee collection
- Liaise with students and parents regarding payment schedules and plans
- Generate invoices, receipts, fee statements, and payment reminders
- Assist prospective students with admission enquiries and application procedures
- Coordinate with the finance and academic teams for smooth operations
- Reconcile student accounts and resolve payment related issues
- Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment conversion
- Prepare regular fee collection reports for management
- Make Inbound and Outbound calls to students, parents & professionals
- Educate students/parents/professionals about our courses and workshops
- Generate leads from various social media platforms

- Tele Caller: 1 Year (Preferred)

Responsibilities
