- Riva Institute of Aesthetics is a leading Hair, Nail, and Beauty institute offering full time, part time, and weekend courses for aspiring beauty professionals.
- The institute provides short intensive programs and a 1 year beauty therapy course designed to help students pass the DHA exam.
- Graduates are prepared for roles such as licensed beauty therapists, spa managers, brand managers, and laser therapists.
- The Dubai branch is approved by KHDA and DHA, and accredited by CIBTAC in the UK.
Role Description
- The Admissions Assistant is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Supports prospective learners throughout the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing program information, and guiding applicants through requirements and documentation.
- Day to day responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, and walk in queries, scheduling appointments, maintaining student records, and preparing admission reports.
- Coordinates with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding, assists with orientation activities, and maintains an organized reception and admissions area.
