Iconic Training Institutes LLC is seeking an experienced and target-driven **Students Admissions Officer** with a background in **training institutes** handling **short courses, certification programs, and diploma courses**.
The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, lead conversion, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students about short courses, certification, and diploma programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain CRM records.
- Explain course details, schedules, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admissions process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student admissions, counseling, or sales in a training institute.
- Experience promoting short courses and diploma programs is required.
- Strong communication, counseling, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE training and education industry is preferred.
- English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
