Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire student admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students and their families regarding admission requirements, programs, and policies
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding regulations and institutional policies throughout the admission process
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to assess and process admission applications effectively
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all applicants and admissions related documentation
- Coordinate and conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and admission events to engage and inform prospective students
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person visits, delivering excellent customer service
- Monitor and report on admission trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Support outreach initiatives to promote the institution to target audiences within Abu Dhabi and beyond
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in student admissions, educational administration, or similar role is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of safeguarding policies within an educational context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in admissions management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team oriented environment
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to the UAE's diverse community
- Professional demeanor with commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity

The Role
