Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Admissions & Student Relationship Executive to manage enquiries, guide parents and students on suitable courses, and convert leads into enrollments.
- The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing walk in enquiries, coordinating with academic teams across branches, and ensuring a smooth journey from lead enquiry to confirmed student admission.
- This position plays a key role in supporting student growth while achieving admissions and conversion targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Handling & Conversion: Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and online leads from prospective parents and students.
- Make outbound follow up calls to interested leads and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
