Role Description
- Bright Minds is seeking Admission Counsellors – Europe to support prospective students interested in European universities.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The counsellor will provide personalized guidance on course selection, university options, and admission requirements, ensuring a smooth application process for students.
Daily Tasks
- Conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, preparing and reviewing applications, coordinating with partner institutions, and maintaining accurate student records.
- Participating in student recruitment activities, supporting events and workshops, and collaborating with the wider team to meet enrollment targets and deliver high quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills to counsel students and interact with families and partner institutions.
- Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professional support throughout the admission journey.
- Sales related skills to support student recruitment, conversion of leads, and achievement of enrollment objectives.
- Education related experience or knowledge of European higher education systems, admission processes, and study pathways.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple student cases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Competence with office software and CRM or student management systems for tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience in admissions, educational consulting, or international student recruitment is highly beneficial.
