Overview

  • We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrator with strong FMCG (Beverage industry) experience to support our expanding operations and ensure smooth day to day business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across departments.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to production, sales, and inventory.
  • Support the sales and operations team in order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in the procurement and purchasing process by preparing and tracking purchase orders.
  • Handle communication with suppliers, distributors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management, including sales data, stock movement, and performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
  • Support HR and accounting functions such as attendance tracking, petty cash management, and document filing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration within the FMCG (beverage or food) industry.
  • Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
