Position description
As Administrator, Recruitment you will be part of a centralised team delivering People Operations Shared Services at Konecranes.
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who has relevant experience of 2-4 years. Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources. This position will report to the Team Leader.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide operational recruitment administration support across the defined service domain, ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Administer position creation and job requisition processes, including creating new positions, creating and updating job requisitions, maintaining approval chains and supporting related changes in SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
- Support approval process administration and job publication activities in line with agreed recruitment processes and service standards.
- Manage candidate-related administration and communication, ensuring candidates receive timely and clear information throughout the recruitment administration process.
- Administer offer approval and offer letter processes, ensuring required information, approvals and documentation are completed accurately.
- Follow up recruitment administration activities through to successful hire creation in the relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and smooth handover to the next process steps.
- Respond to recruitment-related requests and tickets in ServiceNow in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high quality and clear communication with internal customers.
- Consult and support internal customers in the use of SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters and related recruitment administration processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, local HR teams and other stakeholders on relevant day-to-day recruitment administration activities.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, service quality and documentation development within the recruitment service line.
